well.U provides massage therapy to babies, kids, and adults as well as nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults.
Massage therapy sessions include relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping, Gua Sha and pregnancy massage with a focus on the therapeutic and deep tissue work.
Nutrition counseling will help you form a plan for better eating habits and help you on implementing those changes slowly so the changes are actual lifestyle changes.
Now, all you have to do is decide how long of a massage you need or if nutrition is where you need the most help, either way together we'll tailor the time to your specific goals and needs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations need to be received 24 hours before appointment is scheduled to avoid being billed for service.
No shows will be billed the full amount of service, i.e.: 60 min massage, $90 billed.
Less than 24 hour notice of a cancellation will be billed for half the amount of service, i.e.: 60 min massage, $45 billed.
Fees will be invoiced and emailed to you, you may pay the fee directly from the invoice or you may pay the fee at your next appointment. If two consecutive appointments are missed or less than 24 hour notice given, all fees accrued will need to be paid before an appointment may be scheduled. If you have a gift certificate fees will be deducted from the available balance, if the gift certificate balance does not cover the full amount the remainder will be billed to you.
